This is across 2 days, you will notice, tons of coordinated events in 2’s. Their these are the more subtle tactics which lead into large group mobbings as it kind of
cycles back and forth. They start with the subtle terror tactics in hopes that they can get a reaction. But if they can’t get a reaction, the will fabricate
some kind of behavior they don’t like.

Example, lets say you start to notice these things, and start taking pictures of these events. They will say, you are causing problems in the community, and need to be
immobilized. With worldwide support. Then things will escalate into large groups for punishment. But of course, just like how this all got so big, if you do things like
take a photography class, or even just buy a camera to create photography and art. Before even using it, these mass groups will be told you are a nuisence. So you have to
question what is going on, if people just don’t even want you to have a camera, before ever even having a camera

If they got no reaction, one will be fabricated and given to the world to coverup what they are doing. And larger and larger groups will come after me world wide. But the things
they don’t like, are perfectly normal. You didn’t sit perfectly straight at a Starbucks. Maybe you were in the bathroom for over a minute. Or sometimes, Maybe you are in
the bathroom for a long time for whatever reason. Maybe it’s cramps, or fixing your makeup if you are a girt. Then lies will be given world wide and people will follow you
to the bathroom, or knock instantly each and every place. Or Starbucks turning off the lights on me each time I tried to go to the bathroom

They are doing this to provoke you into reactions to make their unjustified stalkings look justified. Yet stalking people is never justified. Now when do they stop?
they don’t! EVER! I have been all sorts of dissinformation. It is because I a ma leader so I should accept the pain isolation. Trying to make me look crazy. People trying to
get me so desperate into thinking I am God. So they can give it to the world. A lot of times, it is you are on the run, which the police tell them so that they think
you did something wrong, so they help the police

But these are all provoked and manipulated situations for reactions to remove you from society working with the police. The whole concept of needing to set someone up,
basically means that they are a good person, and if they weren’t you would just arrest them when they commmit crimes. Setting someone up means someone or the police
don’t like them, but they did nothing wrong.

So, what you are seeing here is all day and night 24/7 world wide operations like this, all around the target, me, to rid them of the world. And oddly enough, no one is
concerned about this why they play stupid, then ask you why it is happening, to try to turn things around on you and get false confessions. But anyone with common
sense would say, this is unnaccaptable. This video shows the level of detail thay are working on me wiht.

Showing that their are internet based terror systems built around me for Propaganda, terror/torture with no aspect of truth, honesty, or defending yourself. And any
person you are in contact with have the power to make up any lie they please and give it out world wide

Taking away your consitional rights, freedoms, without even a judicial system or you knowing what it is even about. And usually, it’s not about anything but somoene

I’ve now observed these things being done to me world wide with full police support and involvement for 17 years, going on 35 years.

While on the third day, they slowed down with the more obviolus mass groups but have gone to more subtle terror tactics.

Things that are a lot harder to notice, but things are still going on. While normally their are not many dog walkers, this is more how things normally look from that aspect.

Things they did ramp up are things you wouldn’t be looking for. Such as groups of cars without plates or dealer plate covers.

People waiting in cars watching me, I counted 2 of them. This time with the lights off trying to be stealth,

and the varies parked cars in 2’s or named to try to create schizophrenia

This is about an hour of not watching much, but it makes you understand their patterns or terror and the reasoning.

The reason they are a lot more subtle after their more aggressive operations is because they want to rile me into the point to get a violent reaction which they have been working on since a young child to cover up all their operations.. And make my family and Brother look like good people and cover up their lies, and all the things they did to me.

So if they can get me to go ballistic on someone, they will then tell the world. See, Look who Kevin is and what he did.

Kinda like making me into a shooter that starts blowing away musicians from a casino.

That is their goal, because they don’t want to look like who they really are which are Adolf Hitler personalities wearing badges and NSA terror systems being used on private citizen like myself who know why, my family, as wel.

Covering up the fact that they have made up every lie known to man to violate things like Patriot Act and FIFA, because of what I know they have done.

Once again, another boring hoour long video of what is going on. But it shows the coordinated terror tectics by my neighbors even working with the fire department

This time it goes from large groups to subliminal level passive aggressive terror tactics, and most in 2’s

This is because when things start to normalize again, they want to try to make it look like nothing is going on, in hopes that they can get a reaction no matter how insignificant to make riling up more people look justified.

For example, if I were to be rude to someone walking, they would then get mass groups to come back out as punishment, for attacking me in the first place.

Basically, you do what we say, or we beat you. But on a psychological mental battering and not in the traditional sense.

The other thing is these terror operations have changed form and gone all day and night for 35 years always with a justification how this is my fault, and pretending that what is going on, isn’t normal.

What is going on, is UNPRECEDENTED and one of the largest crimes in history against one man, known to man.

It’s very strange to me why people are playing stupid and not coming forward, bui the Police, NSA, FBI, gov started in on me with my family at a young age, and I think people actually believe the stupidity they are fed about me.

Needless to say, this exposes these operations more and shows the difference between a simple walk yesterday, and one the next day.

And it isn’t very entertaining to watch. But it does show how these people operate with their gang stalking tactics and what they are, and always have been doing to my life to try to remove me from society working with the police.

aside from the anyone camera bounce, you will get the idea of what they are doing if you are patient and sit through it

This is an example of a simple walk around the outside of my place of the types of things that have been done to me every single time I’ve left my house for 17 years of moving in here.

This time, they decided to all come out at the same time, all walking dogs after I walked out. This is a common tactic. These aren’t random events, these are group coordinated. They do this with clothing colors, cars, you name it working on me every way, shape and form known to man, starting at 9 yrs old

And this type of thing has been done to me, my entire life starting at around 9 years old. I had no clue it was even going on, until after 29 years old, met with Death threats by Mike Huntley and the people working with him, originally my brothers friend.

I knew Mike for about 25 years and thought he was a decent person, until realizing that he wanted me dead and gone, and was working with my brother who at around the age 14, basically told me, he and his friends put a teacher in a mental institution, and then told me he had a bug in my room and they were listening to everything I was doing with the hopes he could turn me into a paranoid schizophrenic and things like this.

While the situation is extremely complex, it has grown into world wide operations with the Internet to remove me from society.

While this video seems subtle on the surface, trust me, it is not. Especially with all day and night world wide repetition, and usually around 100,000 world wide terror attacks per day on the Internet, on top of the local areas I am at.

Most people don’t focus on the subtle things that happen all day, and that is because they are not targeted with never ending repetition to make you more and more sensitive.

This walk is a lot more subtle then usual. Usually their are a lot more cars in 2’s and such. Or mass group coming out doing U-turns by me over and over, or driving by and honking at me.

This also doesn’t take into account the things they do with the verbal terror tactics. Then they get mad when I am forced to pass out cards, with my website explaining that they have been told lies and are involved in a crime.

These operations are to make you look crazy, get reactions and remove you from society with government flagging operations. Not because any crime has been committed or you would be arrested.

Conglomerated Security Companies world wide working world wide to figure out how to remove me from society and mentally batter me quiet

But security companies, as well, as all sorts of other companies and people are being paid to hunt me down.

These videos show examples of what has been going on, for over 35 years, but especially after turning 29 and finding out all sorts of endless horrific things done to me my entire life
with mass world wide groups to rid me of the world.

These videos are daily types of events at public locations, especially with Coffee Shops world wide, and Largely with Starbucks funding most likely since some of the Death threats were black people working with Starbucks Corporate when telling them how I was being treated at their locations

These security companies have been following me around with mass groups upon leaving to go to College in Oregon, Transferring to Colorado, and back to California. With every lie known to man, like I am on the run for going to college for horrific crimes which do not exist

How do these people, and world wide people even know who I am, and how are they getting this information? these are important questions that need to be asked and addressed. Especially before any website existed at 29 years old when finding out.

These Vidoes show endless stalkings with mass groups and security companies following me from place to place trying to blackmail me and thug me quiet after me finding out at 29 years old that
my family, brother, all his friends, My friends, working with Police, Gov, FBI, NSA you name it to remove me from society.

Or like my fathers own X-Wife, and Limo Driver Dion Bush said. They are running around saying I am crazy and need to be locked away.

Yet of course, there is nothing I’ve ever done wrong. And if I had, I would have been arrested for it. Showing that this is really about what I found out and know starting at 29 years old which goes
all the way back somewhere between 5-9 years old.

The more I speak out, tell people world wide that they have been lied too. The angrier and more aggressive these people get. And you can see how their subtle passive aggressive, almost subliminal level terror tactics are not getting more aggressive into endless shouting and death threats.

“You had better accept what is going on, or things will get a lot worse for you” is an example of one black person following me from a studio city Starbucks to the local 7-11 threatening my life.

Yet they cannot address any specific, realistic issue of anything I have ever done wrong, especially with world wide support to remove me from society on their covert secret propaganda/terror systems, showing that I am the honest person in what is going on.

They will try to make up any excuse known to man to justify these terror/torture operations with world wide support in hopes of getting reactions working with the police to remove me from society. And some of these excuses are as lame as, you tapped you foot by someone and are a troll and need to be hunted and killed, or I don’t like your shirt, or your car, or you didn’t sit perfectly straight at a coffee shop. But they cannot come up with a legitimate direct accusation,

And at this point the only legitimate accusaiton would be something like at 9 years old I built a bomb, put it in a football stadium, and blew up 100,000 people. Showing that for no reason other then government flagging. The government, FBI, NSA, started by an Angry enraged jealous adolf hitler family, is hunting me down for no reason at all.

Violating my constitutional rights, 1st, 4th, and all sorts of other Amendments, abusing their power, for who knows what reason. But everything the world is told is lies, and me coming forward angers them more, calling me a whistle blower, for not wanting me to be hunted and killed by 35 year world wide all day and night 24/7 mobbings.

These operations not only Start subtly and escalate since earlier then 9 years old, after finding out at 29 years old. First working at the Metro Neighbor complex for a month, now following from coffee shop to coffee shop, and working with Starbucks. Who is involved in endless stalking operations working with a childhood friend named Paul Humphrey sent after me around 14 years old with Mike Huntley. Mike Huntley was originally my brothers friend and around that time, while not knowing my brother had NSA, and gov resources, him playing tough guy saying “Me and my friends put a teacher in a mental institution, we have a bug in your room and are listening to everything you do on the radio”

While these world wide Operations have gone on all day and night since 9 years old. When I turned 29, I was in shock to find out that their was a world wide extermination campaign to end my life since 9 years old. Not even for any legit reason. I have heard every excuse in the book. You said “Hey You” to someone, you committed a crime. Their was a miscommunication with someone. As if everyone relationships in life have endless miscommunication which is part of life, and if everyone who had a miscommunication was labeled a criminal and hunted by world wide support, the human race would have been extinct long ago. There is no such thing. Of course then this world wide propaganda in secret changes to things like. I tried to kill my father when my father working with the police put a bullet in his 300e and pinned it on me. or m brother going on with all him and his friends road rage crimes and pinning them on me. I can even trace this back to 12 years old, after kissing a black girl my family and the police told the world in secret I am a white supremacist and a danger to myself or others. Merely for the crime of kissing a black girl. You get the idea because I can spew out endless world wide accusations in secret about me since 9 years old like this. Hence why it is called propaganda, it is about control, and controlling a person or the situation in secret by leaving the target without the ability to have a diastole to exercise his first amendment freedom of speech in such situations for someone to defend themselves. On every aspects of my life, lies are given to the world to discredit me to stop anything truthful from coming out.

Mike Huntley (Working with my Brother and family): “You are an out of control for California and a monster”, “We are using the system against you”, “I’ve given you enough rope to hang yourself with”, “Have a good life now”, Dropping papers on my desk about South Korea and making people mentally ill to control them. While walking around our office singing “World of Paranoia” saying “You had better live a careful life” of course, me wondering what the hell was going on, and to this day, 17 years later, don’t really understand any of it or why a world wide extermination campiagn in secret against one man since earlier then 9 years old, is supported and tolerated and is remotely going on with world wide groups telling me I had better not say anything about it.

My father “You know what you did” but refuses to specifically tell me what this is saying “People lie, so they are not told what they have done” showing he is full of shit and a pathological liar

My mother saying “Your past caught up with you” once again, cannot tell me anything specific and back tracking saying she never said it with all the other lies I caught her in. Also at the same time Hinting to me that I need to leave the country, trying to make it look like I committed a crime and am on the run.

So you ask, what is it that I did so bad at who knows, 5 – 9 years old to deserve a world wide extermination operations. Well, in my family, it could have been when I told my father I didn’t want to eat the liver and him telling me, if I did not eat the liver, I could not leave the dinner table, and I sat for a long time in a stalemate defying him. Now, you say, no one is going to go ballistic over that. And I would agree if we were talking about sane rational people. But we are talking about paranoid psychotic family who all have psychology degree’s and medical degrees to torture and kill.

We are also talking about a father who had one dog named Maggie who was in a cage in the backyard for half it’s life, maybe 50 x 100 foot cage. As well as a Dog named Rhoda he put shock collars and paramiter collars on to control her, instead of giver her love and communicating.

And coincidentally when they sent Kelly Hatch after me in Southern Oregon State, she was adamant about showing me the movie from 1956 “The Bad Seed” about a young girl who was evil and was killing everyone around her who’s name was Rhoda, and I can assure you, is not a coincidence, with the endless things done to me like this while she was working with the Police and College professors.

Being that my own mother is an Art therapist psychoanalyzing every insignificant piece of art I create. Even art privately off at college to use against me with elaborate lies and theories to the world based on complete insecurities and fiction.

Now what type of people Data Mine, collect every insignificant piece of information to take out of context and use to give to the world against someone in the first place? well organizations like NSA do. And while they preach things like security and the greater good. That is not what it is really about.

And someone like me who thinks for themselves seems to be a threat to them. But more important is what I know was done to me growing up I didn’t even know was going on. The covert mental illness tactics, setup attempts, endless frame jobs, working with people in the community, High School teachers, College Professors, people paid to be my roomates to try to figure out how to remove me from society. You name it! The information I have is vast. Which is why over 30 people in the psychology community basically told me I was not allowed to say anything. And worked with mass groups to thug me quiet.

Also with pretty much daily threats people whenever I go out world wide because they don’t want the truth coming out. Which is strange that mass groups would say, they don’t want what is really going on coming to light when they keep preaching about communities all being peaceful places where everyone gets along, and everyone thrives with clean peaceful non nuisance, environments.

Like usual, their ACTIONS are opposite of what they say as to who they are and what they want. Because people who want peaceful environments don’t go around lighting fires then trying to pin it on people over and over again until they are dead.

Also, during this Arrest, Officer Dinse mentions he has seen my website which shows endless proof, photos videos of every crime known to man being done to me since 9 years old with mass world wide mobs. And tried to play stupid and make me look crazy the LAPD has done over and over my entire life. From I am a paranoid schizo who just magically turned to one being a business owner at 29 yrs old who went to college and worked for all sorts of companies in the Animation industry/Hollywood, Adult Industry, you name it with people like Mike Huntley threatening my life and working with these mass groups. But of course, they say non of this is not only relevant. But endlessly for years going to the police with proof, they still weren’t interested in stopping the crimes. The LAPD could have stopped this at 9 years old, or any time after 29 years old when I found out I was being hunted. But to this day, want to try to thug, terrorize, torture me quiet, and try to end my life because they don’t want the truth coming out. They are responsible for negligence, and stopping the crime, if they know it is going on. Hence while they lie and say I am crazy to keep the crimes going. Then tell me weird things that I have to go to the forest with all their neighborhood watch groups who have been hunting me with them since 9 years old.

They have absolutely no excuse why a detective wouldn’t go through all this and stop it with the amount of probably cause against me, so they make up the lies that I am crazy, too sensitive, and imagining it, and am crazy.

The police have no EXCUSE!

They are part of a crime, They are obligated to stop crimes. And in this case are doing whatever it takes to keep the crime going, and try to keep me quiet and immobilize me while mass groups attack me all day and night with clear and obvious intent to end my life one way or the other.

But yet they cannot tell me what this is remotely about while demanding I give the some kind of coerced false confession about something so they can coverup their crimes.

If the police see a crime taking place, they have to stop it, or they are negligible for letting someone die. Or damages.

The police also try to play this control game that because their is no physical violence, it is not a crime. But any honest decent person will tell you that, it does not matter how someone tries to kill someone. Weather their is blood or no blood. The very act of pre meditation, executing the act to hurt harm, mame, kill. put someone in a jail cell, or mental institution, or get someone to kill themselves is in fact a crime. Especially with mass groups with the thought in mind and conspiring togethor. Is an obvious crime and everything that defines the crime is there.

There is nothing that says, if you kill someone physically with blood, it is illegal, but psychological torture is legal because there is no blood or they don’t see blood.

THE POLICE, AND EVERYONE ELSE INVOLVED, DAMN WELL KNOW THIS!

Just like when I was watching the news. A High School girl killed herself, and someone in her High School posted on twitter confessing that she got her to kill herself was instantly arrested!

My point is, that these mass groups with the police have been hunting me since 9 years old and it is blatantly obvious. They will say and do whatever it takes with world wide support to remove me from society.

But this Audio shows that it is no longer a question of weather or not they have been given the information to do the very job my tax dollars pay them to “PROTECT AND SERVE” me and keep me safe.

They have refused at every instance, no matter how much information I have provided them over the years going in to the police asking them to stop this, and give the information to a detective with their gov resources which we all know they have to stop this instantly. And clearly this is enough information on my websites to show it is going on. And the excuse of, I think your crazy is irrelevant, because that means the LAPD are reckless, don’t want to work. Don’t want to protect and serve. Or maybe they only enforce the law for those they like, and protect their corrupt fellow workers is unacceptable.

Especially when we are talking about life and death, and torture methods to kill someone. or rid them of the world.

The police have been involved in this my entire life, and pretend no crime exists with lame excuses that they don’t trust me or I could be a danger to myself or others. But of course a track record of being the nicest person known to man and the complete opposite of their endless world wide tieraid of lies against me. Hence propaganda.

And while every crime known to mane from Criminal Defamation, Slander, Mass mobbings to hurt, harm, mame, and kill, with Police support is going on. With a brother when I was 14 telling me that he and his friends, and clearly with my families support were going to put me in a mental institution, is pretty much a confession of exactly the types of things they are trying to do, by trying to make me look crazy or like a paranoid schizo. which their lies, smears, labels change on a daily basis to try to get what they want.
