Smear Operations to the world to dictate and destroy my life on every level known to man based on such labels as I am a FAKE and a FRAUD
While most people grow up, making friends, learning things, having hobbies, being social, meeting women, figuring out ways to make money, and those who have common sense want to focus on making money on things they relate to, and can enjoy so that life isn’t a miserable experience, and just about making money to survive.
While I am not going to tell you everyone in life gets what they want, most usually veer towards doing things in life they can relate too, or were born with skills that help them achieve this which makes their lives manageable, and they usually finally figure it out and end up in this direction
What is strange about my life is, on every level known to man from the age 5 years old, each and everything I tried to do on any level was sabotaged by the world being fed, lies and disinformation. Normally a Civil Crime, but in this case, it is not only Civil, it is CRIMINAL, since the crime is well thought out with PRE-MEDITATION. MOTIVE, and EXECUTION, based on trying to figure out a way to rid someone of the world in such a way it looks like social pressures just got too large for them and they could not take it any more. Either by trying to get them to kill themselves, or turning them into the Vegas Shooter.
What you need to understand that I had no clue every aspect of my life was being Sabotaged up until 29 years old, Met with Mike Huntley’s Death Threats that he was going to make me mentally ill, with the Police, Government, My Family and Friends, and Worldwide support to remove me from society no matter what it takes. And these Death threats fully supported by the Police as no matter times I went into the Police station across the last 17 years they have done everything to try to make me look crazy and refuse to UPHOLD THE LAW on any level when it comes to Kevin Perelman, and their 40 year extermination operations.
While at 29, noticing mass groups worldwide who wanted me dead, I could not comprehend what was going on. I was Met with Mike Huntley in my office, of a Company he wanted to start with me for an Internet Host Provider back in about 1999 who was introduced to me around the age of 14, originally my brothers friend. Keep in mind that around the Age 16, my brother Threatened my life saying that he and his friends put a teacher in a mental institution, and then proceeded to let me know I was next, by telling me that they have a bug in my room and are listening to everything I do to try to make me look like a Violent Paranoid Schizophrenic, which Ironically my parents and step parents seem to support his BEHAVIORS and don’t want me telling anyone no matter where I am in the world. That comment seemed to have been right after me stopping him from bashing my friend Greg Waugh’s head in with a Crow Bar by jumping in between them, and him first giving me some kind of mobster speech about how blood is thicker then water, and I needed to support him on spying on Greg, and Everything else then the mental illness threats which the Police and Government told him to do with my family for some reason. By defying my family on these types of BEHAVIORS, you can see what my life is now. But more importantly, this really starts at 5 years old by my family trying to use MEDIA to flip me out to tell everyone I am crazy which didn’t work.
So, while after 6 years of a company and being in an office with Mike Huntley, Me being Nice enough to make Bob Sandler a 3rd partner Mike brought in to help make me mentally ill and stalk me. Being Kind enough to allow someone who befriended me with these extermination Agendas named Tim Thompson and giving him free office space in hopes something good could come out of making more money with his skills.

The first question I want you to ask yourself how many people you know have been in a situation where someone befriended someone for 25 years stalking and hunting them? That is beyond any level of strange and rare. This man devoted his entire life to me! To end mine. He was obviously paid to survive by other means. Most likely government money. But where things get even scarier, I can rattle of a list of people a mile long who were working with him doing the same thing.
Tom Farley introduced to me at around 8 years old invested over 30 years hunting me giving every lie to man to the world. Paul Humphrey, 20 years. Brian Longbotham, 15 years. And what is even scarier, they were all using government built Internet based terror tools to communicate starting in 1994. With the Phone calls by my brother so eager to show me the Internet and Telnet Sessions in it’s beginning stages. Keep in mind, the Internet was Originally a Government Built System before given out to Colleges and the Private Sector.

While walking around our office singing “World of Paranoia” saying“You had better live a careful life” and telling me something while working in my fathers office something like “You are not allowed to defend yourself” he was using references from the movie Crocidile Dundee when I asked what was going on “ah, back there, if you got a problem, you tell Wally. And he tells everyone in town, brings it out in the open, no more problem:” In other words when ever they didn’t approve of any aspect of my life, lies are given out to the world to dictate my life. Example, if they don’t want me to go out to coffee shops, and be social, or get work done in environment I can benefit from like the rest of the world. Such lies have been given out to the world that I have no self control and am masturbating in the bathrooms. Escalating worldwide terror operations. Was I masturbating in the bathrooms? How would one even know if they were illegally putting spy cameras in the bathrooms to peep on the customers? But the reality of the situation is that, this isn’t one single lie. These lies are in the 1000’s and 1000’s and change on a daily basis and go worldwide INSTANTLY on Government developed Internet Systems built around me for these torture operations to remove me from society.
Now, think about this, the world has been fed lie after lie about me for 40 years. Making them Believe I am this horrible monster, and reinforcing the lies for 40 years about me to the world
Isn’t the the ULTIMATE LEVEL OF PROPAGANDA. But not only this, it is all in Secret and Behind my back to try to me me look like a Violent Paranoid Schizo with all day and night worldwide attacks that averag 100,000 – 1 mil per day never ending or stopping. And starting at smaller levels of these passive aggressive terror operations as young as 5 years old to try to make me look crazy. Now utilizing Internet Systems built around me stating 1994.
Their is no justification at all for this ever on any level. PERIOD. Unless you support things like Savory, or exterminating Jews. So think about the personality behind my family and their supporters, especially in the Judicial system and Government. A Government who has now thrown me in Maximum Security Prison for speaking out and telling people on false misdemeanors, and has THREATENED to Incarcerate me for life. For simply finding out at 29, the information I know, and telling people verbally. Some were even psychiatrists who THREATENED my life for telling them. Isn’t the a Psychiatrists job? So what do they have to hide?
Basically letting me know he was working with the Police since a young child to hunt me based on Government Flagging operations and Psychological Hate Labels by my family that Kevin is a Violent Paranoid Schizo and has Nervousness problems. FABRICATIONS made up and given to the world to control, and dictate my life, or rid me of the world. Either way, it does not matter because it is illegal and UNCONSTITUTIONAL to target, torture, hunt, rile the world against someone, until he is dead and gone or kills himself based on whatever belief someone has, and when it is coming from the GOVERNMENT level. Now we are talking people in our government like ADOLF HITLER demanding PERFECTION or EXTERMINATION.
These are things that are not normally practiced and so you can imagine how cunning, and demented by own family is. For example, my father had a dog named Rhoda who he put shock collars on due to his inability to communicate. And when it came to me, it was a billion times worse, except it was indirect and stealth in things the normal person cannot even fathom is even possible in mass conspiracies.
Now to give you an idea of the type of person my father is, with the rest of my amily and those helping him. He is the type of person that will keep shocking the dog until it is dead, because the dog didn’t tell him what he wanted to hear. And not only that, he didn’t ask the dog any questions. Then he will tell the world, that the dog has no self control, and shocked itself to death. But he might cover it up by saying the dog suffers from seizures and needs to be put in a cage the rest of it’s like, Kind of like he did to his English Sheep dog Maggie when I was growing up, and thought the dog was crazy because once in a while, she got out, and ran around happy.
You get the idea. You don’t want to be around these abusive types of personalities or you end up dead with a man running around spewing out you were a danger to yourself of others while getting his jollies that he killed someone and got away with it.
And no matter how far away you try to get, he with those helping him, like Lorena Escobar, who is paid to pose as his office manager will follow you to the ends of the planet to make sure he gets what he wants to make you look crazy, and try to get you to kill yourself or some kind of reactions with the police to INCARCERATE YOU FOR LIFE.
It took me about 45 years to be able to comprehend who my father and family is, and the Dynamics of how they use their psychology degree’s working with Government Resources to rid you of the world. And every word of he and my families mouth is how I am a horrible monster, which magically goes WORLDWIDE as to the important questions of what type of person spews out disinformation about someone all day and night worldwide in the first place or any type of information for that matter?
And to give you an idea of their thought process in my family except me, If you get a cold, they will bash your head in with a crow bar for the next 100 years until you get better telling the world you are like this, and can’t see yourself to get the rest of the world to bash my skull in with a crow bar. And if they can’t accomplish that, they will tell the police to lock you away for being who they say you are even though you have a clean record and spent your entire life helping every one in your path being the friendliest person known to man.

You might ask how something as creating simple harmless art is a danger to someones life by the people who surround him? Unheard of situations based on insignificance. You can understand from my art. And a recent joking around Composite I just made of myself.
Keep in mind, this does not just apply to art in my life, the work every angle on every level to disseminate propaganda to the world to rile the masses against me to try to figure out how to remove me from society in one form or the other. With every cover up lie known to man given out worldwide attacking me credibility. These lies actually start with my family and the Psychology community telling the people around me that I am violent paranoid schizo who can’t see myself, in some kind of angry bitter jealous rage against me. While I was in Southern Oregon State College, and University of Colorado. People were sent after me, even in my homes to sublet my place refusign to pay rend in all sorts of setup attempts to try to get reactions from me which were unsuccessful to work on my credibility to turn the world against me and lock me away.
WHY? Because my family does not like me creating art. To get deeper, My mother is an ART THERAPIST, who cannot just look at a piece of art and like it or not like it. She analyzes it and hunts you down with the Pscyhology Community.
Now ask yourself this? Where would someone become an ART THERAPIST, and rip apart other peoples art with psych evals? My guess is that, that type of personality is angry and bitter about their own art so they need to take out their anger on others
Needless to say, without my own analysis, the facts are the facts that they go through each and every artwork with all sorts of worldwide labels how I am schizo, violent and the person in the picture. Hence in University of Colorado using a Composite of Mike Tyson with a Game Character Katana against me saying I think I am a black boxer and a women beater. This given out WORLDWIDE to use against me like everything else.
So, while I am joking around here, exercising my right to create art, and playing off the very accusations of my harmless art that I am told I am not allowed to create. This is what you would call an EXERCISE of the 1st Amendment. Which I am told I do not have since 5 years old. While being hunted and retailated for.
This is so you can understand the Dynamics of these unheard of situations which no one else worldwide is having. While I love creating art, my family, with the Police and Government FORBID IT! does this make sense? Not really. But here is some more art. Why this would make anyone angry, I have no clue? Understanding how they use a Harmless Toy Gun against me with the Police and Government to lock me away for doing nothing wrong, and the same things the rest of the world is doing based on fear mongering, propaganda in secret, and collecting harmless things to twist and contort into psychological accusations, using PSYCHOLOGY AS A WEAPON against those they hate and want silenced, all starting with my family, schools, Government, manipulating the Police with Worldwide support against me. I have also been told I am going to be incarcerated for life for these crimes everyone on the planet is allowed to do and has constitutional protections to do them as well. Even in their desperation talking about things like BLURRING THE LINES! in other words, when the black model Ariana, I did on the Chess Board for her asked me to do a photo shoot of her, then asked me to go to P.F. Changs after with her. Apparantly, according to her, Aubrey Fisher, and the FBI. I committed a crime of a girl on Myspace asking me to do a non profit photoshoot, and then get food after while she tried to get dirt on me with the government.
You get the idea. This would never happen to anyone else in the world.
I was thrown in Maximun Security Prison for a picture my father does not like of me holding a toy gun, as well as Model Shoots with it.
The deeper story is that the toy Gun incriminates my father, the Police, NSA/FBI as to a girl named Victoria Walker sent after me told to give it to me to try to thug me into coerced false confessions to lock me away based on NSA/FBI government flagging operations at 5 years old of things most people don’t want to know our government actually does which is equivalent to what Adolf Hitler did based on flaggings in our own country
Just some quick Google Searches of millions of similar imagery that no one is concerned about unless it’s done by Kevin Perelman for some strange reason which no one is asking the IMPORTANT questions of why different rules apply to Kevin Perelman’s life when it comes to behaviors, right and wrongs. The judge on these bunk convictions for some strange reason threw me straight in jail saying I am possibly violent, bypassing normal procedures to figure out sentencing. While he had seen me for 5 months, showing no signs of anything, he was extremely angry with the prosecution for speaking out to someone about the illegal operations at lunch, as well as telling my lawyer, “If my father thinks he has punished me, he is wrong, he is a pathological liar”.
When the prosecution had some harmless pictures he was mad about which no one would normally care about.
This picture of me holding the toy dart gun which was on my twitter profile years ago, was the end all be all of crimes according to my father who could not comprehend that their is an art, and social world out there with billions of artists or people creating, art, movies, music. In his yes, this picture shows that I am crazy and need to be removed from society. Yet he can’t keep things in context. Like I am an Artist, Who has worked for Universal Studios, Modern Video Film, Saban, with a College and BFA in Computer Science, and Electronic Media. That’s like saying your an Artist who isn’t allowed to create art.
But do you really think if I was anyone else, he would pitch the same song and dance, or he could not care less? In other words, it is personal, he does not like me, and has MOTIVE to rid me of the world about something he is involved in and is trying to cover up.
If someone says these pictures are offensive? I question if they are out killing people for blinking wrong. Because this imagery is seen all day and night, especially in Hollywood, the Art World, even google Studio Shoot searches. There is nothing that odd about any of this, only that I am being HUNTED for it for some reason.
So what is so important in this imagery that I am told I will be Incarcerated for life for? And that they want coerced false confessions that I am a murderer?
Hence throwing me in maximum security prison for misdemeanors and no fines or sentencing procedures and immediately trying to get in my house that night pretending he is concerned about the cat.
Only crime I really committed was telling people they have been lied too. Which isn’t a crime, it’s my 1st amendment
But that is not what the Police believe. When one Sheriff at Pitchess (wayside) sarcastically said to me, “You are special” and I said back to her, I am only special because of the government crimes against me. The other female one in anger responded that if I have enough time on my hands to speak out about what is going on, then I need to move to Afghanistan. I proceeded to talk about the 1st amendment, speaking out about Bills that need to be past, changes in Government which is our government for the people. She responded in rage thinking that she is god and that they can do whatever they want in the judicial system. Exposing the corrupt illegal operations. That our judicial system is not about law, order, protections, safety. It is a social club of people who want power. This sheriff didn’t even have the education of a High School level, and didn’t even know what her job description was, while exerting communistic or Nazi behaviors. She had no concept of right or wrong. Just do what we say or you are labeled a criminal. And made it clear that things like freedoms of speech are crimes to her.
Would you feel safe walking into a police station reporting a crime against you with that mentality? Look at what has been done to my life for it? Do you think that we need checks and balances in the Government and Judicial system now? Especially on NSA and FBI level operations? If someone like me is writing this? You damn well better be worried!

Victoria had Toy guns in hopes she could get coerced false confessions with my father working with the government.
This toy gun establishing a connection between all sorts of illegal government operations and my family. Who could care less if I owned a toy gun or a real gun. The 2nd amendment states I am allowed to have a gun. But yet, I am being hunted for a toy gun with a clean record until last week in 40 years of all day and night 24/7 setup attempts and frame job operations I found out at 29 years old was going on.

While I can go deeper and deeper into these operations, this is just to show you how much energy my father has spent over the last 20 years to get this gun back for some reason, and try to keep me quiet about all the illegal activities and stalkings done to me he is involved in since a young child

What was the reason they wanted to put me in jail for, and so quickly for no legitimate reason?
That has to do with the setups and the fact my father seems to want something I have. And why does he want it?
While using my artwork against me going through each and every one. Focusing on the ones with guns in them working with the police to try to make me look crazy.
While in the court on some frame jobs the police arrested me for. Pictures my father didn’t like came out for circumstantial evidence showing the connection back to him and what he has been doing.
Once he got me convicted and thrown in jail, even though I had broken all contact with him, and he was told not to even show up to sit in court. He proceeded once I was arrested to go to my house with keys he asked for 20 years prior in hopes he could get in my house, with an excuse to feed my cat. The cat that Patti Googin wanted me to get so bad, who didn’t like my 16 year old watercolor grateful dead painting with a skull holding a gun which after this the police and my father put a hole in his 300E mercedes telling the world I tried to kill or scare him. And having people hunt me my entire life in hopes to scare me into false confessions while off at colleges trying to make a life for myself working with Lorena Escobar his office manager paid to do these types of things

It’s EXPOSES the truth, that they have endlessly wronged me over and over.
By simply having this toy gun, and it being in my art to the world makes the statement that I have done nothing wrong, and they have committed every crime known to man against me and don’t want that coming to light.
Hence they don’t want any imagery with this harmless toy gun which no one could care less about normally. They don’t want the message to the world that I have been stalked and targeted since 5 years old and want to try to make me look like a crazy violent paranoid schizo. After my father spend years trying to lock me away in jail, as I found out he was doing at the age 29 met with Mike Huntley’s death threats that they were going to remove me from society.
The judge on these bunk convictions for some strange reason threw me straight in jail saying I am possibly violent, bypassing normal procedures to figure out sentencing. While he had seen me for 5 months, showing no signs of anything, he was extremely angry with the prosecution for speaking out to someone about the illegal operations at lunch, as well as telling my lawyer, “If my father thinks he has punished me, he is wrong, he is a pathological liar”.
When the prosecution had some harmless pictures he was mad about which no one would normally care about.

Like I am an Artist, Who has worked for Universal Studios, Modern Video Film, Saban, with a College and BFA in Computer Science, and Electronic Media. When one Sheriff at Pitchess (wayside) sarcastically said to me, “You are special” and I said back to her, I am only special because of the government crimes against me. I proceeded to talk about the 1st amendment, speaking out about Bills that need to be past, changes in Government which is our government for the people. She responded in rage thinking that she is god and that they can do whatever they want in the judicial system. Exposing the corrupt illegal operations. That our judicial system is not about law, order, protections, safety. It is a social club of people who want power. This sheriff didn’t even have the education of a High School level, and didn’t even know what her job description was, while exerting communistic or Nazi behaviors. She had no concept of right or wrong. Just do what we say or you are labeled a criminal. And made it clear that things like freedoms of speech are crimes to her.
Would you feel safe walking into a police station reporting a crime against you with that mentality? Look at what has been done to my life for it? Do you think that we need checks and balances in the Government and Judicial system now? Especially on NSA and FBI level operations? If someone like me is writing this? You damn well better be worried!
