Today On my way back from work I stopped at Coffeebean in tarzana

The first thing I noticed is that they had 2 people come with “keyes” plate covers on their cars.
Also, I noticed they parked 2 similar black and white pickups togethor parked backwards continueing with their patterns of 2’s mental illness tactics
when I was sitting minding my own business a man sits in front of me wearing same clothing
jeans and a green shirt, he just stares at me
after he leaves, a man sits in front of me, but his feet on a shopping cart with mimic tactics.

When I leave, their is a man in a black and white Prius just waiting and watching me
When I get home, I notice on my street, 2 more identical black and white Prius’s parked across from each other.
also, there are people in a white trans am, a black man and a white girl waiting by the black and white prius, also the car I drove in high school as a mental illness obsessional looping tactic
and about 30 minutes later, one man in a black and white prius just sitting and waiting across the street
and about an hour later, on the other side of my place another person just waiting in his Prius
and the next morning, right where I walk outside my gate

Then a civic without plates, which I noticed a lot of civics which is one of their tactics
And then 2 more civics parked next to each other which is done daily

Today I went to the beach to get some fresh air see the ocean, get a little work done.
on my way back, I stopped at a Starbucks, where the first time I was there, I noticed that all the cars were parked forwards. But immediately aftter going there, people started coming and parking their cars backwards.

crazy. At the same time, a man in a toyota 4 runner was just sitting parked backwards watching everything I was doing to try to intimidate me or figure out ways to push me out of control to figure out how to remove me from society because I know their true lies, smears and motives.
Today when I walked into the Starbucks to get some coffee, I noticed the security guard drive his golf cart up and sat by my car hoping I’d come right out and he could intimidate me or try to set me up.
While I was their, I noticed teams of people starting to come in, about a half an hour later. The normal tactics from women walking by playing with their hair directed at me. To the whistling tactics.
Eventually it started escalating to people coming in with horizontal stripped shirts and then, people in green shirts, and towards the end, the patterns of 2’s
2 people walked in, in orange shirts, and 2 people walked in in stripped shirts. I wasn’t paying much attention because I was getting work done but I was noting the common mental illness tactics.
And as I went to my car, once again the man in the 4 runner parked backwards.
The locals there tried to play their games that they didn’t know me and asked about my shirt, etc. But we all know they were lieing to try to leverage their position that they don’t know me and I am crazy.
As I left to go check out some telescope spots which the police have been following me from place to place because somehow viewing the stars I suppose is another out of control crimes. Working with the citizens had them wait for me at the locations I was checking out. One man in a white pickup, waiting, and another couple in a white altima.
I then came home where on my way home, a man comes out about the same time in green and black, another tactic.

On leaving my house, the first thing I noticed were 3 grey honda accords parked together.
Next to them were 2 Lexus’s parked together
I also noticed another pair of lexus’s but didn’t get the picture about 100 feet down the street.
On coming home at night, I noticed 2 people parked 2 civics together
A 3rd set of 2 Lexus’s parked together
And two pickups across from each other
