You will also notice at the end of the video, the girl says taking pictures of people is illegal. Well, that is about as illegal as tapping my foot around Aubrey Fisher. If taking pictures of people was illegal. All the billions of photographers like me would be exterminated. Which Photography comes into play into the mid 1800’s. But, if you want to take this back to 1995 when I first barrowed Chad Bowers Canon AE-1 Film camera, and took a Photography class in University of Colorado. They were working on me then as well. But wait. Just like my art classes, we are all doing the same thing. So why am I being hunted for going out on photography assignments assigned to us by a professor and told I am committing crimes back in 1995?
This is also about the same time, another one of my so called brothers friends with the FBI/NSA were was sent after me named Mike Wexler working on all sorts of angles with the Sandiego Police, Lynn Junkin, Police in Arizona, and all sorts of other tactics on attempted frame jobs, and setup attempts. But of course, like usual, the only ones committing any crimes was him and the government trying to have me killed and SKULLFUCKED as they have labeled their operations to end my life. Like usual, I exerted being the nicest and friendliest person known to man.
The other question you need to ask, especially with millions walking around with cameras, or billions with cell phone cameras, is why is it such a threat that Kevin Perelman would have a camera on him? Well, that is simple. The amount of people I have working on me per day to remove me from society is worldwide. First Call to the police

Now, this is where things get even stranger and showing that this person is working with Officer Sean Dinse, and Detective Angela Stewart in illegal operations ridding good decent innocent people of the world they just don’t like which has nothing to do with Law Enforcement.
After the attacks, the police answered, and told them they had been recorded and they fled the scene. Knowing that they were working with Bailey Bernard, and Terrance Scroggins on these illegal operations to remove me from society with endless setup attempts and frame jobs for speaking out.
Now only this. Terrance back in 2013, with Karine Echigian, a therapist with no MD credentials was working with Sean Dinse, the LAPD in fake clinical labels she isn’t even qualified for. And telling Terrance Scroggins to accuse me of flueing his mailbox shut. Which never happened. And I even took pictures of the mailboxes which nothing was wrong.
Terrance, a few months back endlessly following me, threatening me, called the police on me crying wolf, turning things around with Officer Sean Dinse. Bailey Bernard followed me home, assault and battery’d me, and blocked my gate into my complex threatening my life not allowing me to get away from him and when I reported him to the LAPD. Detective Angela Stewart had me arrested for telling her to proceed when I told her I wanted to press charges and these people need to stop. Trying to cover up what she is involved in.
Who has arrested other innocent people of battery charges as well. Showing she is some girl with daddy issues going on a rampage.
Now, after these two attackers fled the scene. They left the mail they were sifting through on the ground where they were originally sitting before following me and attacking me. And took it in hopes I could get their names to file a restraining order.
But when looking at the mail, I noticed they seem to have EVERYONE elses mail. Some people all the way in Reseda, others in the Met. You name it.
I have given this mail to the Detectives in the Topanga Division to have for investigation or to do, whatever they deem necessary with.

Now, this is where things get even stranger. They seem to know who has court documents being sent to them.
Well, interesting enough. After my original arrest with Terrance Scroggins who kept coming after me, stalking me, and refusing to leave me alone with these mass groups with all sorts of threats over and over. Refusing to stop and leave me alone with these groups. The initial case was thrown out.
Then Bailey Bernard was sent after to attack me, and try to set me up and frame me. After I reported him to the police, Detective Angela Steward had me arrested. But it wasn’t a direct arrest.
I was arrested leaving my house, walking to my car, and told I didn’t appear in court, and was being arrested for a warrant for not going to court. Which was strange. because nothing came in the mail And here we have people working with Dinse, Stealing mail. And probably strategically those getting court documents.
I was not notified by my lawyer, nor did anything come in the mail. As you can see our conversation with Sean Dinse on the video. Which then magically changed into a 2nd case to cover up them sending Bailey Bernard after me to attack me. To cover up his crimes.

Well, people are usually arrested for committing crimes. And if you have to set someone up, they didn’t commit crimes, they are.
In other words, Dinse knows of the crimes being committed against me, yet he is not concerned with that. He is only concerned with ridding me of the world because he does not like me. Maybe because he wanted to be a Photographer but has no talent. Who really knows.

Now, this is where things get even stranger, because on Officer Sean Dinse’s Fear Monger blog where he rids people of the world he doesn’t like to try to get famous. Riling up communities to hunts to and exterminate people he doesn’t like. He gives out all sorts of personal information about people who haven’t done anything wrong he labels suspects and things like this. Spouting about how people with mental illness need to be removed from society. Ignoring weather or not they have mental illness. But not only that. He doesn’t focus on crimes. In other words. Being mentally ill, having depression, have nothing to do with removing people from society. Only people who are a danger to themselves or others can be removed from society.
Hence their lies and frame job operations to try to make me look like a Violent Paranoid Schizo, flat out lies from the LAPD themselves to my face.
Based on what? a Mother who doesn’t like me? A brother who I stopped from bashing Greg Waugh’s head in with a Crowbar, telling me “Blood is thicker then water” and I had to support him in things like this? and when I didn’t agree met with Death threats that he and his friends were going to put me in a mental institution?
Well, the questions that need to be asked is, why did my life change a 29 with Mike Huntley who befriended me for 25 years originally my brothers friend. Starting a company with me, then went from, I’m a really good friend to death threats working with the LAPD? and Sean Dinse? These are pretty important questions that people need to ask and talk about!

The man who is working with Terrence Scroggins and Karine Echigian back from 2013 until now, in this 36 year operation, just happen to be involved in all these Mailbox robberies?
