I don’t know for sure but the people in Unit #9 and #10 are involved in fabricated lies about what they saw when Terrance Scroggins kept running up to me telling me what I can and can’t do
one being that I had to stay in my house before I told him to leave me alone and I was going to take my walk in a way he did not like
then calling the police playing victim.
These people have also been involved in this mass stalking going on 17 years aimed at me, and will do and say anything to cover it up.
