As I got home today,

I noticed their were teams of cars parked around my complex with no plates, and one as I left my appointment.

I did not have a camera on me so I could only take about half of them. this is an old tactic and at one point they were parking 100’s at a time in the lots of places I went.

of course walking around for the past month, I see a car once in a while with no plates. But today they all got togethor to make it obvious yet stealth and passive aggressive to send hidden

messages and do everything to create mental illness in the grey areas of the law.

even when I got home, one lady was parked behind another car without plates and as I entered my gate, she left.

this is a common tactic to create mental illness. Paranoid schizophrenia, obsessional looping etc, all with the intent to kill and keep it covered up saying I am crazy, or to get me to do something to remove me from society.

these are all day and night tactics that never end and have been going on for over 30 yrs.
